New clients

Your first visit starts with a conversation

We spend the first half hour on your hair, not on the color.

At the consultation your colorist looks at your hair in daylight, listens to what you want and asks about your color history. You leave with a plan, the number of visits it may take, a visit schedule in weeks and the colorist who will do it.

Step by step

  1. 01

    Step 1: What to bring

Photos of the red you want and the reds you don't, and what you remember about past color: box, salon or henna, and roughly when.

  2. 02

    Step 2: When you arrive

Come a few minutes early to settle in. Street parking and a public garage are a short walk away, and the studio is on the second floor.

  3. 03

    Step 3: What to expect

Your colorist looks at your hair, goes through your history and agrees the shade, the steps and the price before anything is mixed. The consultation takes about half an hour.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Afterward

You leave with your formula, a routine for home and a visit schedule in weeks. Book your first gloss visit before you go.

Start with a consultation

Tell us the red you want and what your hair has been through, and we will build the plan and the weeks.
